Performance Indicator
This PI is used to measure the average number of officers employed in the Company.
Definition | This is the average number of officers having been under contract with the ship manager (DOC) during the last two years. Average number of officers employed in the period is found by adding the highest number of officers under contract at any time during the last two years to the lowest number of officers under contract at any time during the last two years and divide by 2. |
