Ship Attribute

DefinitionDead Weight Tonnage is the total weight of cargo, cargo equipment, bunkers, provisions, water, stores and spare parts which a ship can lift when loaded to her maximum draught as applicable under the circumstances. The deadweight is expressed in tons.
