This PI captures a ship’s actual previous fiscal year running costs and accruals.

DefinitionThe total last (fiscal) year actual running costs and accruals per ship. This includes maintenance, repair, crewing, spares /stores, management cost and /or fee and lubricants. 
Insurance and capital expenses, such as modifications and drydocking expenses shall be excluded.

Calculation periodReported annually. PI011 is reported together with PI010 (Last Year Additional Authorized Expenses (AAE)) and PI012 (Last year’s running cost budget) in the quarter when PI011 is settled (account is closed)
