This PI captures ship’s actual previous fiscal year approved Additional Authorized Expenses.

DefinitionThe additional expenses agreed relating to running cost budget referred to in PI012 for previous fiscal year. This includes maintenance, repair, crewing, spares /stores, management cost and /or fee and lubricants. 

Insurance and capital expenses, such as modifications and drydocking expenses shall be excluded.
