Formula

[formula]KPI_{Value} = \frac {PI019 + PI031} {PI063 \times 10^{-6} }[/formula]

PI019Number of cases where a crew member is sick for more than 24 hours
PI031Number of fatalities due to sickness
PI063Total exposure hours
Example

ANumber of cases where a crew member is sick for more than 24 hours:= 2
BNumber of fatalities due to sickness:= 0
CTotal exposure hours:= 87600 (Crew of 10 for 1 year)
KPI ValueLost Time Sickness Frequency[formula] = \frac {A + B} {C \times 10^{-6} } = \frac {2 + 0} {87600 \times 10^{-6} } \approx 22.83[/formula]
Rating Formula

[formula] \begin{align} \displaylines { KPI_{Value}\\ KPI_{MinReq} = 2.5\\ KPI_{Target} = 0.5 } \end{align} [/formula] [formula] KPI_{Rating} = 100 \times \frac {KPI_{Value} - KPI_{MinReq}} {KPI_{Target}-KPI_{MinReq}} [/formula]

Rating Example

KPI Value= 22,83
KPI MinReq= 2,5
KPI Target= 0,5
KPI Rating[formula]=KPI_{Rating} = 100 \times \frac {KPI_{Value} - KPI_{MinReq}} {KPI_{Target}-KPI_{MinReq}} = 100 \times \frac {22,83 - 2,5} {0,5-2,5} = 0[/formula]
